Acting on behalf of ltalian Lighting Company, iGuzzini, Owen Isherwood have acquired the 1^st floor (North)(5301 sq ft), at Compton House, The Guildway, Old Portsmouth Road, Guildford on a 10 year lease with tenant break at the end of the 5^th year of the term. This office will form the new HQ for iGuzzini in the Uk and involves iGuzzini moving from their current site at Astolat which Owen Isherwood are instructed to sell and will be marketing shortly.
