In November 2018 Owen Shipp Commercial acted on behalf of the Landlord of The Pineapple in sourcing a new Tenant for the 2,676 sq. ft. Grade II listed Public House. Terms were agreed on the basis of a new 10 year lease including the adjacent parking and garden areas.
