Owen Isherwood acted on behalf of a local events hire company undertaking a Freehold search for new premises. Multiple sites were identified, with the 11,000 sq. ft. building and Yard at Hurst Farm being deemed the most suitable for the client. Owen Isherwood were then on hand to assist with negotiations, which took into account the need for a Permitted Development Change of Use to Light Industrial. This was obtained from the Local Authority and successful completion occurred subject to this Change of Use application.
