Acting on behalf of Threadneedle, Owen Isherwood have renewed the leases on a short term basis on Wharfside (15,456 sq ft), the ground floor of Northfield House (5241 sqft) and the ground and first floors of River House(each 3442 sqft) on Broadford Business Park, Shalford to supercar manufacturers, Gordon Murray Group. On the same Business Park, they have also renewed the lease on the ground floor of Southfield House to Chantelle Lingerie Ltd.
