Acting on behalf of internet retailer, Soak & Sleep, Owen Isherwood acted on the acquisition of a 22,000 sq ft warehouse in Ash Vale, close to the A331. Having previously used a third party distributor, this new warehouse will enable Soak & Sleep to control storage and distribution of their products to an ever expanding customer base.
A local search was undertaken by Owen Isherwood as well as an examination of the opportunies further afield. The chosen location, with access to 2 railway stations and road network of the M3 and A3, was a fantastic choice for staff as well as distribution capabilities.
