Acting on behalf of Gedore Torque, an international manufacturer of high-quality Torque Wrenches, Torque Screwdrivers and Torque Calibration Analysers, Owen Isherwood was instructed to sell their UK headquarters situated just south of Guildford.
The site provided just over 2 acres of offices and production space with an adjacent woodland area. Despite generating considerable interest from residential and commercial developers, as well as commercial investors, the site was sold to an owner occupier reflecting the scarcity of such sites in the local area for business to locate on.
As part of the negotiations, Owen Isherwood arranged for Gedore Torque to remain on site in 6,000 sq ft for up to 12 months.
Owen Isherwood has been retained to secure tenants for surplus areas on the site.
