Acting on behalf of the Freehold owners Owen Isherwood undertook a marketing campaign for these Grade A offices located on the edge of Farnham Town Centre. During the process advice was given on the splitting of the floorplates and subsequently terms were agreed for a new long term Lease of part of the 2^nd floor to Intertek/Metoc Ltd, one of the UK’s largest advisors for sustainability and green energy solutions.
