Owen Isherwood acted on behalf of the owner-occupiers in securing a new 15 year lease to Magnet UK, who relocated from Ladymead Retail Park, changing their business model back to a more traditional High Street retailer in the process. Terms were agreed for Magnet to take on the vast majority of the building, excluding the 1 bed flat which was to be retained by the Landlords. Owen Isherwood was on hand throughout the leasing process and advised on the future Service Charge creation and overall onwards management of the building, as well as securing a new long term lease to a national Tenant covenant.
