Owen Isherwood acted for the landlord in disposing of this ground and first floor retail unit, initially Owen Isherwood found a temporary tenant during the peak of Covid-19 to reduce the void for the Landlord. Going forward Owen Isherwood then found a new permanent tenant for occupation on a new 10 year lease.
