Owen Shipp Commercial acted for the Landlord in agreeing new 10 year renewal terms with Toni & Guy following expiry of their previous, inside the 1954 Landlord & Tenant Act, leasehold interest. A 15% rental increase was agreed despite poor overall retail trading conditions nationwide due to the local comparable evidence Owen Shipp uncovered and Tenant uptake along Teddington High Street remaining strong over the last 5 year period. Terms were agreed well in advance of lease expiry and with minimal disruption to the occupying Tenant.
