Owen Isherwood engaged with the Tenants surveyor and agreed an increase on the 5th year Open Market Rent Review for circa 2 acres of Open Storage Land across four sites. Given the lack of available stock on the Open Market rents had increased significantly since the previous review and an uplift of circa 30% was agreed on review.
