Owen Isherwood acted on behalf of the outgoing Tenant in sourcing a new Tenant and agreeing a surrender directly with the Landlord. Given the planning changes this was marketed on the basis of the new Class “E” use and after a short period of marketing terms were agreed with Jigsaw on a new Lease.
