Owen Isherwood acted on behalf of the Landlords in agreeing a reversionary Lease with the Tenant (Savills) who had an occupational Lease which expired in 2027. Terms were agreed for a new 10 year lease, to come into effect from expiry of the previous lease, which allowed the Tenants to obtain funding to carry out a significant amount of internal alterations, to make the property fit for long-term occupation. Owen Isherwood were on hand to analyse rents, advise on wording contained within the reversionary lease, liaising with building surveyors on the internal works/Licence of alterations and following up with solicitors in order to see this through to successful completion.
