Owen Isherwood acted on behalf of the Landlords for the sale of this vacant premises, initially we provided a report on the open market rent and capital value of the property. We then assisted in marketing, carrying out viewings and ongoing negotiations between two interested parties to achieve the best price possible for the vacant unit. Throughout the sales process we assisted with ongoing communication, timing and clarity around the scheme pre-existing to the rear and worked to bring the sale to completion in March 2023.
