After acquiring the above premises for an Industrial Investment client Owen Isherwood were tasked with finding a new Tenant following expiry of the previous occupational lease. Owen Isherwood were on hand to offer outline advice on the Terminal Dilapidations in conjunction with the Landlords building surveyor and a new Tenant was found prior to expiry, with terms agreed for a new 15 year lease to come into effect shortly after expiry of the existing lease.
