Owen Isherwood were initially instructed to report on the Freehold Investment of this MOT Centre by a charity group that owned the property and were then instructed to openly market the property For Sale with the occupational Tenant in place. Multiple offers were received from a variety of parties due to the lack of similar available stock in the area and terms were eventually agreed with the Tenant that they purchase the property. Owen Isherwood then liaised with all parties and lenders to see the transaction through to a successful conclusion.
