Owen Isherwood acted for a retained client in disposing one of their legacy assets in London. Initially Owen Isherwood had renewed the (inside the 1954 Landlord & Tenant Act) occupational lease with the ground floor commercial occupier and were subsequently instructed to dispose of the Freehold Investment once the ground floor Lease was renewed. Acting jointly with a locally appointed agent (KFH) multiple offers were received, despite marketing during the COVID/Lockdown period and the Freehold was sold to a cash investor.
