Owen Isherwood acted on behalf of the Landlords initially for the investment sale of the long lease. Upon finding a purchaser the current tenant was looking to vacate/surrender their lease and we assisted in swiftly finding a replacement tenant for the unit which was suitable for the landlord and purchaser. We assisted initially on assignment negotiations which ended up being a surrender and new lease on the same terms with lease completion in July 2023. This has enabled the sale to continue and is due to complete shortly.
