Owen Isherwood acted on behalf of CVS Vets in securing a new 15-year effective full repairing lease at the new development Dracott Park, CVS were looking at opening a new practice in the area. Owen Isherwood assisted CVS from start to finish with the initial requirement and search, negotiations and throughout a change of use application until completion in July 2022.
