Owen Isherwood have an ongoing instruction from  Mckay Securities PLC to deal with all lettings, lease renewals and rent reviews in their  multi-let 50000 sqft town centre building at One Crown Square Woking. Throughout the pandemic there has been considerable activity and Owen Isherwood have recently concluded 6 new lettings and lease renewals in the building at rents ranging from £25/sqf to £30/sqft for the best space in the building. Peter da Silva said that this demonstrates that by being flexible., listening to tenants needs and offering the right product that there is still plenty of activity on offices, even through the uncertain times of  a pandemic.
