Owen Isherwood acted jointly in disposing of the above Freehold which was formed of a 2,000~ sq. ft. curtilage-listed office building in the heart of Guildford Town Centre. Initial marketing was undertaken pre-COVID in March 2020 with offers obtained that unfortunately fell through due to the pandemic. The property was subsequently re-marketed in late 2020 and once again received significant interest from a variety of developers and owner occupiers with a sale price achieved in 2021 at the same level as the pre-COVID offer that subsequently fell through.
