After acquiring this property back in April 2019; Owen Shipp were subsequently instructed to let the premises on a new commercial lease. Proposals were obtained from multiple Tenants and terms were agreed with a food distribution company for a new 10 year lease, just below the quoted passing rent, within a matter of weeks of completion of the purchase. This meant that minimal void/holding costs were incurred by the Landlord after the purchase who was very pleased with the overall outcome.
