Owen Isherwood acted on behalf of the Landlords in agreeing a lease renewal with Oxfam, the existing Tenants, which was “inside the 1954 Landlord & Tenant Act”. Despite tough negotiations with the Tenants Estates Team, only a minor increase in rent was agreed, on the basis a new 10 year lease was entered into, without the need for restoring to 3^rd party determination.
