Owen Isherwood acted on behalf of the Landlord in sourcing a new Tenant for the premises after notice was served by the outgoing occupier who had sourced larger premises. Terms were agreed with Closs & Hamblin for a new long term lease with a minimal void period and Owen Isherwood liaised with the outgoing Tenant and incoming Tenant on handover condition to minimise terminal dilapidations and rent free periods for all parties.
