222 High Street, Cranleigh

Owen Isherwood acted on behalf of the vendors 222 High Street, Cranleigh, who had previously owner occupied the property for many years, in assisting with disposal of their Freehold Title. Owen Isherwood was aware of active local requirements for national F&B operators and given the lack of suitable alternative stock in the village, multiple offers were received for the Freehold interest. Dominos were eventually sourced as the best proposal and a Subject to Planning sale was agreed.

Owen Isherwood was then also on hand during the sale contract and planning process to chase up the local authority and applicants as required; with planning approved and succesfull completion of the Freehold sale occurring in early 2025.
