 Owen Isherwood acted on behalf of the owner in agreeing a new 10 year lease of this 3,151 sq. ft. out of town office located next to a working beef farm. Owen Isherwood was on hand to advise the owner regarding the dilapidations process with the previous outgoing Tenant; working in connection with a building surveyor to achieve a good settlement for the client which enabled the property to be put back into good condition in order to attract an new office occupier as quickly as possible; which Owen Isherwood achieved despite the tough “out of town” office market generally.
