Owen Isherwood acted on behalf of the Landlords initially for the letting of this vacant premises, when approach by one party for the purchase we contacted other parties that had expressed interested in the Freehold. We then assisted in negotiations between two interested parties to achieve the best price possible for the vacant unit, butchers, green grocers and upper parts. Throughout the sales process we assisted with ongoing communication, problem solving surrounding easements to the rear and worked to bring the sale to completion in April 2022.
