Owen Isherwood were originally instructed to deal with a 1954 Landlord & Tenant Act Lease Renewal on behalf of the existing Landlord; who had inherited a family building in disrepair. Owen Isherwood worked in conjunction with a local Building Surveyor and the clients Solicitor to serve the appropriate renewal notices on the Tenant and agreeing the outstanding works as well as renewal terms. In the end the Tenant decided to purchase the Freehold of the building and suitable terms were negotiated on behalf of the client and agreed for the sale of the building which completed in May 2021.
